There are some issues which are not covered by any support - because they are not related to our products or have been caused by another reason. For these issues we are happy to provide a quote, these typically include issues in the list below however this list is just an example
Network issues including mapping drives, permissions etc.
Any issue that is outside our software package
Issues which might effect our software, but are the result of other PC issues
Database corruption including unrecognized database format and database repair issues
Moving our data from 1PC to another

*Repair Corrupted Database What this means: We will repair files with unrecognizable database format and database repair issues (If we cannot fix the issue we will refund the cost). This cost is for 1 file and repaired once. Please note that this is an extremely rare occurrence, and as such if it happened twice then there could be another underlying issue with your PC. For us to complete this procedure we will need to download the corrupted database from your PC to our PC for repair. |

TRUCKBase Data moving between PC's If you need to move data from one PC to another PC for whatever reason then we can install TRUCKBase Pro on the new PC and then move your data from the old PC to the new PC. During this procedure we will move your Activation Key back to our licencing server to re user again on the new PC. |
